Hovering just below mid-table, Leeds United have a big game ahead of them. Three points from a win against West Ham tonight and they could move from 14th spot and into the top 10. Of course, West Ham is sitting in 8th place so budging them won’t be as easy as it may seem.
With the game taking place tonight at 8pm, bookmakers are pumping out the offers and Betfred are currently running two of them.
Leeds Odds Boost
Both are odds boosts and the first is on ‘Leeds To Win And Both Teams To Score‘. This has gone from odds of 5/2 to a more generous 3/1.
But how likely is it? Leeds joined the Premier League this season and lost their opener away to Liverpool, though they did find the back of the net three times. However, that wasn’t enough and they succumbed to a 4-3 defeat.
A draw with Hull followed before they finally recorded their first win against Fulham in September. They have had five home games this season, winning only one of them back in September. So with a sketchy home record, the chances of them winning aren’t great.
In six of their eleven games so far, both teams have scored so just better than a 50/50 chance on that one.
West Ham has traveled away five times this season, winning two of them. While statistically, it’s not a lot to go on, their away record is better than the Leeds home record.
That said, the teams are fairly equal in their recent performances and the game could go either way so 3/1 isn’t a bad shout but winning is certainly not guaranteed.
Jarrod Bowen To Score Anytime
The second odds boost is on West Ham player Jarrod Bowen to score anytime during the game. West Ham has scored 18 goals so far this season with Bowen bagging four of them and assisting in another.
That is a goals per match ratio of 0.36. It’s not the best in the league but it’s also not the worst.
There are a lot of other players ahead of him in the betting market to score anytime including Patrick Bamford, Michail Antonio and Sebastien Haller. Their odds are all shorter but they are good alternative options.
As with all promos, BetFred also has some rules to go along with their offers today. There is a maximum bet of £100 on each of the odds boosts.
Single bets only so the boost doesn’t apply to each-way bets. 90-minute rules apply to the match and the offer is limited. Once this game is over, so is the offer.
